Booking a School/Parish group
Thank you for bringing a group to D Weekend!
Please click the relevant links on the right-hand side of this page for your required information.
We recommend bringing from 10 to 15 participants (please don't feel restricted by the number) and if need be please bring a male and/or female member of staff/leader [if co-ed] to accompany them.
The deadline for booking your school/parish group is 15th June 2021.
A £20 deposit and booking form, to be received by 15th June 2021, is needed for each student to secure their place. The D Weekend ticket cost is £80. However, the overall price will be affected by transport, implications for teaching cover, insurance and any other costs your school or parish will incur (there is no charge for staff, but donations are welcome). Please collect your group's deposits and pay it forward in one group payment (cheques payable to "Sion Community").

Along with Booking Forms, send your group deposit, made payable to Sion Community, to:

Please note that the remaining £60 per student will need to be brought to the D Weekend.
