Want to explore more of your faith with the Sion Youth Team?
D Weekend is a whole weekend full of fun, friends and faith running from the 19th to 21st June 2020.
You'll get to meet other young people who are just like yourself from all over the country,
spending a few days growing closer to God, and of course having loads of fun with the Sion Youth Team.
D weekend stands for 'Discipleship Weekend', which is all about living out our faith and building a friendship with God.
Jesus calls all Christians to be His disciples, meaning that we follow Him, learn from Him and become His friend.
That is what the D Weekend is all about: we will be looking at who Jesus is, what He offers us, and most importantly how we can grow in friendship with Him as a young Christian today. We do this together, as a group of disciples, with our friends, family and the entire Church. The Sion Youth Team have been hard at work making sure this weekend is going to be an exciting encouter with Jesus and a lot of fun! We hope to see you there!
