What if I can't afford to come?
We are keen that no-one should miss out on the weekend on account of the cost. We have a couple of half price bursaries available so please email us for details if this would help: events@sionyouth.org.uk
What time does the weekend start and finish?
Registration begins from 12pm on the Monday. The weekend finishes at 4:30pm on Wednesday.
Is food provided?
Yes, all meals are provided however you may want to bring some money for the bookshop.
Can I come along for just one day or an evening?
This won't be possible due to the nature of the course.
How do I get to S.E.N.T.?
By Car: 10 mins from M25 Junction 28, head into Brentwood town centre and then out towards Shenfield, turn left onto Sawyers Hall Lane and we are situated opposite Sawyers Hall College at the end of the road before St Helen's Catholic Junior School.
By train: Catch a train from London Liverpool Street to either Brentwood (slower but cheaper) or Shenfield (faster but more expensive) and then catch a taxi to S.E.N.T. Sawyers Hall Lane which will cost around £5.
Full Address: S.E.N.T. Sawyers Hall Lane, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 9BX

What do I need to bring?
1. Towel
2. Personal belongings
3. Clothes
4. Toiletries
5. Catholic Bible
6. Notebook/Pen
Should we bring money to the weekend?
There is a tuck shop and drinks to purchase – although some food and drink is provided free of charge to make sure that everyone is looked after. We also have an excellent resources stand, packed full of inspiring books and CD's so it’s worth saving up and grabbing some goodies!
I'm an adult leader bringing a group, do I have to stay with the young people I'm responsible for?
No, however you will have to fill in a parental/guardian consent form if they are under 18. Rooms are available should you wish to stay for the weekend. We request that you leave a donation towards this.
I’m a youth/student worker, can I come even if I’m not bringing any young people?
Yes of course. Feedback from youth leaders is important to us. As much as our aim for the weekend is to disciple young people, our hope is that any youth leaders are inspired as well. We are also convinced that you will return the next year with a group of young people in tow!
