If you're having trouble viewing the videos, they may just take a few minutes to load. However, if you wait for a few minutes and it still doesn't work, it may be that you don't have Quicktime installed on your computer- you need to head over to the Quicktime site to sort it out! (If that doesn't help, try downloading it from scratch here!)
To use the chat room, you need Java installed- head over to the Java site to get it!
If you are using a dial-up internet connection rather than broadband, some of our content will take a long time to download. Sorry!! You'll also need some kind of sound device attached to the computer, as most of our videos have sound, and there are some simple audio files.
We need to apologise for the random text/code which appears on some of the pages. We've spent time since VV2 trying to fix this problem, and it was caused by an update to our website software. Sadly, they won't do anything to help us fix it, and so we're just stuck with it! If it is making the page impossible to read, refresh the page and it will either get rid of it, or change it! Very, VERY sorry!
